Russell J. Miller, Esq.

Russell Miller focuses his practice on counseling his clients in both civil litigation and transactional matters, providing result-oriented representation and aggressive advocacy unique to each clients’ needs. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Miller has represented individuals and corporate entities in diverse fields, including financial services, cultivation, sports, entertainment, and retail.

As a litigator, he has represented clients in disputes in state and federal courts, involving breach of contract, negligence, fraud, unfair business practices, trade secret, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other statutory, contract, and tort claims.

Mr. Miller attended Carthage College, receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Administration in 2012. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Miller attended Whittier Law School on an academic scholarship and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award (granted to the highest scoring student in class) in Entertainment Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2016 and was subsequently admitted to the California Bar in May 2017. Mr. Miller has been admitted to practice in the Central District of California.

Outside the office, Mr. Miller is an avid fisherman and adventurer. Mr. Miller loves the excitement and camaraderie of traveling with his family experiencing new places, people, and cultures.
