Lilibet Behdadnia has a background in transactional and litigation law, specializing in matters for social media influencers, entertainment, and intellectual property. With the increased prevalence of social media, Ms. Behdadnia has focused her practice on counseling social media influencers and providing her clients with representation in numerous matters regarding technology, app/website development, management, sponsorship, brand-product, merchandise, and campaign agreements. Lilibet further focuses her practice on intellectual property matters concerning copyrights and trademarks.

Lilibet is a graduate of Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor, and a graduate of UCLA, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. While at Pepperdine, she earned three certificates in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law; Entrepreneurship and the Law; and Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Additionally, she received a merit scholarship and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Entertainment Law Seminar- Film. Lilibet has interned across a spectrum of fields, which include entertainment, intellectual property, international, and human rights law; notably interning for NBCUniversal (i.e., Universal Pictures), the Office of Policy and International Affairs at the U.S. Copyright Office, BBC Studios, PRS for Music, Justice UK, and Ramo Law PC.

Lilibet’s speaking engagements include moderating a Q&A session with the CEO of United Talent Agency at the JEL Conference, chairing and moderating Legal and Athletic Perspectives on Debuting Olympic Sports at the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and speaking as a panelist on Building Your Resume and Network in Intellectual Property at Pepperdine law.

Lilibet’s publications include Safety Gears in Olympic Skateboard: A New Billboard for Brands published in the Global Fashion Lawyer by the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and International Students Facing Deportation Receive Welcome Reprieve Following Lawsuits Filed by Universities Against U.S. Department of Homeland Security, published by the U.S.-Iran Chamber of Commerce.

In her collegiate years, Lilibet’s extracurricular activities include co-founding the Pre-law Transfer Society at UCLA and, during law school, serving as the Vice President for Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Jewish Law Student Association. Lilibet is an active member of the non-profit, the Jewish Graduate Student Initiative, and a committee member of the International Committee at the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Lilibet is an avid traveler (having traveled to over 23 countries), a coffee connoisseur, and a record collector.
